I've always been the techy one. Tech forums, esports teams, Plex and Docker at home. That curiosity grew into the brands, tools, and client systems I build today.

Six years at City Experiences took me from helping guests plan trips to leading a sales team. I learned to listen, handle difficult conversations, and see a problem through. I was also the person troubleshooting things so the team could keep moving.

After being laid off, I put that technical side first. I trained through Per Scholas, earned my CompTIA Security+, and built Study/Hecz to help my classmates and me prepare. The study tool is still free for whoever's next.

On September 16, 2026, I joined Hornblower Group, the group behind City Experiences, as an IT technician. Coming back on the IT side feels full circle. I'm now working toward further certifications while continuing to build things of my own.
